  • We work by month. A project's duration depends on the scope of the work. For example, if brand strategy and branding may take 3 months to complete, you would be invoiced 3 times at the start of each month within this timeline.

  • To reach customers in other countries, we design incentives to recruit individuals from various demographics with virtual interviews on top of secondary research into competitors, prices, service safaris, empathy studies, and more.

    This process takes at least one month, but the insights gained are invaluable if our goal is to tap into customer needs that competitors have overlooked or not answered.

  • The simple answer is no because the role of being a business connector is not one of WYLD's goals. However, should we find useful distributor or supplier contacts during our research phase, we are happy to share them with you.

  • As an agency, WYLD focuses on crafting strategies for established brands and corporations. While we do not offer the direct services of a social media marketing agency, we can provide your team with guidance and share an overview of the best practices.

  • WYLD is a business division under its parent company, Taishi & Tech Associates, and shares the same founders.

  • Tech enables us to craft our strategies with an approach unique to WYLD, we do not offer services focused solely on tech such as x. But within our core services, we do take on small-scope projects such as increasing conversion rates on Shopify.

  • WYLD’s product and project managers are in-house and we maintain a vetted list of outsourced engineers with whom we have worked together with on a frequent basis throughout multiple projects.
